The purpose of the co-curricular club is to assist students in being workforce ready and to help the grow as employees, entrepreneurs and leaders. The clubs focus is on 1st Job Preparation soft skill development. Soft skills categories include People Skills and Self Management.

- Self Management Skills: Growth Mindset, Self-Awareness, Self Confidence and Stress Management.
As we establish the HGMS business alliance, we are looking for parents, businesses and community members to share in exposing our students to various professional activities. Through our BA, students can have opportunities to participate in career events relating to the 16 career clusters:
- Work-based learning activities
- Explore various career paths
- Learn the value of professional development
- Have relevant life-career experiences
- School and academics as preparation for career development

Businesses and community members are a vital part in helping our students success. If you would like to be a part of our business alliance and support our students in becoming college and career ready leaders, you can participate in one or two ways: (1) Bulldog Business Alliance Administrator and/ or a (2) Bulldog Business Alliance Booster.
Bulldog Business Alliance Member (BBAA): Commit to 1 hour every quarter to attend a member meeting to collaborate and share resources, expertise and concepts to support students in college and career ready.
