College and Career Promise
The Career & College Promise (CCP) program allows North Carolina high school students a clear path to success in college or in a career. The program is tuition-free to all students who meet the eligibility requirements. CCP gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to get a "jump start" and earn college credit toward a two-year or four-year degree while still in high school. There are three types of pathways available to high school students.
Career & Technical EducationAllows students to begin a certification or diploma program in a particular technical field or career area. The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathways lead to a certificate or diploma aligned with a high school Career Cluster. It is designed for high school juniors and seniors who want to work toward the completion of a credential before graduating from high school.
